Despite the COVID-19 disruption, it was another successful year for HRCLS, with plenty of achievements. As part of the event, we will unveil our 2019-20 Annual Report which has the theme Collaborations: Changing Lives. Our partnerships are vital for us making a positive difference in people’s lives, and the stories we have featured in this year’s report highlight how our collaborative efforts help people when they are facing serious struggles and going through traumatic times.
